bananas
peanut butter, preferably natural
melted chocolate chips or bars
veggie oil
Preparation
" I sliced bananas and spread peanut butter on one and then topped it with another. Then put the banana “sandwiches” in the freezer for about 30 or so minutes. Melted chooclate chips with a tiny bit of veggie oil and then dipped the peanut butter bananas in the chocolate and stuck them in the fridge. Big mess and I should have kept the chocolate heated because it started to get hard before I was finished dipping. Fun, messy project."
