Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1/4 C. Chopped Onion (Fine)
1 tsp. Salt
3 T. Dry Bread Crumbs
1/3 tsp. Pepper
1/8 to 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 Egg
1 T. Oil
1 C. Water
1 Beef Bullion
Preparation
Combine all but water, oil and bullion. Shape into meatballs. Brown in oil. Stir flour into drippings. Cook over low heat until brown. Add water and Bullion cube. Cook stirring constantly. Allow to boil, reduce heat. Add Meatballs, cover and simmer for 15-20 min. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
