Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 - 2/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar can be added
1/4 cup melted butter
Preparation
Mix ingredients together. If too thick, add a little more milk. Pancakes should be fried on a hot skillet and swirled so that batter spreads to form a very thin pancake, about 9 to 10 inches, similar to crepes.
