Ingredients

3 eggs

600 ml milk

250 ml wheat flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp butter

lingonberry jam

powdered sugar

Preparation

Mix 3 eggs and 300 ml of milk. Add 250 ml wheat flour and 1/2 tsp salt and beat until it forms a smooth batter. Add a further 300 ml of milk and 1 tbsp of melted butter.

Heat a pancake pan or a frying pan and pour a thin layer of batter in the pan. Bake until brown one side, turn over and bake on the other side. It may be necessary to melt a little butter in the pan for the first pancake.

Serve the pancakes with lingonberry jam and dust with powdered sugar.
