Ingredients
1 T. Cornstarch
1 T. Cold water
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. Soy sauce
1/4 C. vinegar
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. coarse pepper
Preparation
In a small saucepan combine cornstarch, cold water. Add sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, ginger and coarse pepper.
Stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Brush over 2 1/2 lb chicken parts. Bake.
