Ingredients
2 large eggs
3/4 c. evaporated milk
2 cups canned cream-style corn
2 cups fresh corn kernels
2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
3 tbsp. dark brown sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch with 2 tbsp. bourbon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350. Butter an 8-inch square baking dish
- Whisk together the eggs and milk. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Bake 45 to 48 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
