Ingredients
½ cup brown sugar
1 tab cornstarch
1/3 cup each of red wine vinegar and chix broth
¼ cup finley chopped green pepper
2 tabs chopped pimento
Tab soy sauce
¼ tesp garlic
¼ teasp ground ginger
Preparation
Combine brown sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Mix well. Add liquid ingredients starting slowly to mix with dry ingredients. Add rest of ingredients and heat on medium stirring often until sauce thickens. Can be made ahead. May be thicker after it sits so can add liquid to desired thickness.
