Ingredients

1 pkg Smoked Sausage (kielbasa)

2 green or red peppers, cut into strips

1 onion, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks, drained

1 cup sweet & sour sauce

rice

Preparation

Cut sausage into 1/2 inch slices. Heat skillet on medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Add sausage, peppers, and onion; cook, stirring constantly 6 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in pineapple and sauce; cook until heated through, about 1-2 minutes. Serve over rice.
