Ingredients
1 large steak (cut into serving pieces)
Flour, salt and pepper
Topping:
1/4 c. brown sugar
pinch dry mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tin tomato soup
Preparation
Coat steak pieces in flour/salt/pepper mixture Fry in oil until browned Place in greased casserole dish
Mix topping together and pour over steak pieces. Bake in 300 degrees oven for 2 hours.
