Ingredients
1 kg round steak
¼ cup plain flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup celery sliced thin
1 onion sliced into rings
1 capsicum sliced thin
1 can tomato soup
⅔ cup water
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Trim steak, pound well. Cut into pieces. Mix flour salt and pepper and coat beef with mixture Put meat and any remaining flour mix into baking dish
Combine celery, onion, capsicum in small bowl. Microwave at high 3-5 mins. Mix with remaining ingredients and pour over beef
Microwave covered on high 5 mins. Reduce power to medium and cook for 40 - 50 mins rearranging after half cooking time.
