Ingredients
4 cups chicken stock
2 tbsps butter
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
2 cups long grain rice
Preparation
In a medium sauce pan, bring chicken stock and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in taco seasoning. Stir in rice. Return to boil; reduce heat and cover, simmering for 25 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir rice, as taco seasoning will have risen to the top.
