Ingredients

8 tsp.dried minced onion

2 Tbsp. Chili powder

2 tsp. Cornstarch

2 tsp. Garlic powder

2 tsp. Ground cumin

1 tsp. Dried oregano

1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper

Combine in a small bowl. Store in airtight container. Keeps one year in a cool, dry place. Add 1-1/2 to 2 Tbsp. Per 1/2 lb. Meat. Simmer with 1/4 C. Water. Salt to taste.

Preparation

Brown meat. Add seasoning, water and salt, Serve on taco salad, soft or regular tacos.
