Ingredients
fresh mint, bottom half of stems removed
3 Tb. tahini sesame paste
fresh lemon juice (1 juicy lemon)
water
4 cloves garlic, peeled
Ground Cumin
3 Tb. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
Place all the ingredients for the mint pesto in the blender. Puree until smooth. It should be thick, yet just pourable. If it is too thick, add another tablespoon of water. Salt to taste.
