Ingredients

2 teaspoons ground coriander

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp paprika

1 1/2 tsp cumin

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp red chili pepper

1 tsp mint powder

Preparation

Blend all spices thoroughly and save in airtight jar.

  • I didn’t have any dried mint, so used finely chopped fresh mint instead. Also used cayenne instead of red chili pepper.
