Ingredients
1 1/2c flour
1/2c powdered sugar
1/4tsp salt
1 stick plus 1T very cold butter
1 large egg
Pulse all above in processor
Preparation
Gather dough then chill for 2 hours. Roll out into a 9" tart pan. Freeze for at least 30 min. Bake 20-25 min.
