Ingredients

4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or chicken thighs)

1/2 red pepper

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup water

2 tsp ground ginger

2 tsp minced garlic

Preparation

IN EACH BAG- Place 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or chicken thighs), 1/2 of a red pepper, chopped, 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup water, 2 t ground ginger, 2 t minced garlic in a gallon bag.

TO COOK- Thaw. Bake at 350ºF covered 20-30 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes longer, or until juices run clear.

TO SERVE- Serve with rice and vegetables.
