Ingredients

4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon

1/4 cup peanut oil

2 T soy sauce

2 T balsamic vinegar

2 T thinly sliced green onion (I use more and sprinkle the onion slices on top before roasting)

1 1/2 t brown sugar

1 clove garlic minced (I use more)

3/4 t ground ginger

1/2 t crushed red petter flakes

1/2 t sesame oil

1/8 t salt

Bake for 20 mins at 475 or grill
