Ingredients

1 pound lean ground meat

2 cloves garlic, minced

Frozen corn

1 (16-ounce) can black beans, drained

Cheddar cheese

Green peppers

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cook meat and vegetables in separate pans saute.

  3. Place 4 tortillas on bottom of casserole pan, layer.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes until it’s hot and cheese has melted.
