Ingredients

2 lb bag cubed hash browns

2 cups (1 package) shredded cheddar cheese

1 large tub (16 oz) sour cream

1/2 cup of chopped onions

1/2 cup of melted butter

1 can cream of chicken soup

Corn flakes

Salt and pepper to tast

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Heat butter until melted.

Mix hash brown, sour cream, soup, salt, and pepper. Add onions and butter. Then mix in cheese.

Place in dish and bake for 50 minutes. Then add Corn Flakes and bake for another 10 minutes.
