Ingredients
4 cloves garlic, peeled, crushed and minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
4 inches fresh ginger, peeled and grated
2 Tbsp. tamarind concentrate
2 lemons juiced
4 Tbsp. coconut sugar
2 Tbsp, fresh chopped coriander
1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined. Serve with salad or fresh cooked vegetables.
