Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup chili sauce

1/4 cup catsup

1 1/2 tbsp minced black olives

2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsely

2 tpsp white horseradish

2 tsp sweet pickle relish

1 large shallot, finely minced

2 tbsp finely minced fresh dill

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tsp sea salt

pinch of cayenne and black pepper

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate at least one hour. Let rest 30 minutes before serving.
