Ingredients
4+ lbs Country Style Ribs (at least 4 pounds a little more is fine)
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 Can Moxie
1 TBSP Dijon
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBSP Maple Sugar
1/2 C Malt Vinegar
2 tsp - 1/2 TBSP Chili Powder (based on taste/mood)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 - 1/3 C Molassas
1 Bottle BBQ Sauce (I usually use Jack Daniels Original)
2 TBSP Cornstarch (to thicken)
Preparation
Cook 6 hours on low in crock pot.
Shred meat.
Cook 1 hour low in crock pot.
