6 oz. Silken Tofu

3 Dates, pitted

1/4 Chopped Green Onion

3 tbs. Water

1 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

2 tbs. Lemon Juice

1 tbs. Chopped Parsley

1 tbs. Chopped Dill

1 tsp. Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
