Ingredients

•1 cup Mushrooms, Sliced

•2 Stalks Lemon Grass, Chopped

•1 Onion, Chopped

•1 Galangal, or Ginger Chopped

•1 Tomato ,Chopped

•1 tbsp Lime Juice

•2 tbsp Fish Sauce

•1 tsp Sugar

•½ tsp Red Chili Powder

• Few kaffir Lime Leaves, Chopped

•½ cup Shrimps or Prawns (Head off)

• Few Coriander or Parsley Leaves, Chopped

•4 Glass Water or More(If required)

•Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1: Heat water in a large pan over a high flame and bring to the boil then reduce heat to simmer

Step 2: Add lemon grass, mushrooms, tomato, galangal or ginger, shrimps or prawns and onion in boiled water. Cook until shrimps or prawns brings to plump

Step 3: Next, Add fish sauce, kaffir leaves, chili powder, sugar and salt. Stir it 10-15 minutesStep 4: Season with lime juice then stir in coriander leaves or parsley leaves and serve hot.
