Ingredients
1 cup Mushrooms, Sliced
2 Stalks Lemon Grass, Chopped
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Galangal, or Ginger Chopped
1 Tomato ,Chopped
1 tbsp Lime Juice
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
Few kaffir Lime Leaves, Chopped
½ cup Shrimps or Prawns (Head off)
Few Coriander or Parsley Leaves, Chopped
4 Glass Water or More(If required)
Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1: Heat water in a large pan over a high flame and bring to the boil then reduce heat to simmer
Step 2: Add lemon grass, mushrooms, tomato, galangal or ginger, shrimps or prawns and onion in boiled water. Cook until shrimps or prawns brings to plump
Step 3: Next, Add fish sauce, kaffir leaves, chili powder, sugar and salt. Stir it 10-15 minutesStep 4: Season with lime juice then stir in coriander leaves or parsley leaves and serve hot.
