Ingredients

1 baguette sliced 3/4 " slices

1/4 c olive oil, divided

1 can 14 oz petite diced tomatoes

1/3 c chopped basil

2 tsp minced garlic

1/4 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 Brush tips of bread with 2 tbsp olive oil Bake 10-15 min until lightly toasted

Combine drained tomatoes, remaining olive oil, basil, garli, salt and pepper in small bowl.

Divide over bread toast and serve.
