Ingredients
For dough:
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup oil
2 tablespoons baking powder
pinch of salt
2 cups flour
For filling:
ham or sausage (fully cooked)
shredded cheddar cheese
onion, diced
tomato, diced
oregano
Preparation
Combine ingredients for dough in blender; process until smooth.
Pour half of batter in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Evenly distribute fillings.
Top with remaining batter, and sprinkle with oregano.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
