Ingredients

1 package tortellini or rotini

2 ripe avocados

1 red onion

1 can ripe olives

1 pint cherry tomatoes

juice from fresh limes

olive oil

salt and pepper

Preparation

Cook the pasta, drain and cool. Thinly slice the onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the avocados into small cubes. Put everything in a big bowl. Whisk the dressing and pour it over the salad, then toss.
