Ingredients
2 cups chopped artichoke hearts (about one 14 oz. can)
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped green chiles
1 cup mayonnaise
fresh cracked black pepper
3/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Combine artichoke hearts, garlic, chiles, and mayonnaise. Season with pepper to taste. Pour into an oven-safe baking dish or pie plate. Top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until nicely browned on top. Serve with pita chips or toasted pita bread.
