Ingredients
6 slices rye bread
2 lbs mild sausage
1 tsp prepared dijon mustard
1 (6oz) package sliced Swiss Cheese
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup Milk
3/4 cup Half & Half
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
dash ground nutmeg
1 tsp Worcestershire
Preparation
Arrange bread in lightly greased 13 X 9 pan Saute Sausage Drain and combine sausage and mustard then sprinkle over bread Place cheese slices over sausage Combine remaining ingredients, beat well and pour over sausage refrigerate overnight Allow to come to room temperature and bake at 350* for 30 to 40 mins.
