Ingredients

Rice papers

Avocado sliced

Cilantro, chopped

Mint, chopped

Baby greens

Lime

Olive oil

Salt & Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Soak rice paper 2-3 seconds

Fill with avocado and mango slices. Squeeze 1/4 of a lime on each one. Add salt and pepper to tast. Drizzle with a little olive oil, and add a few baby greens.

Roll up.
