Ingredients

1 7 oz can tuna (chunk white in water)

2 TB minced red onion

1 - 1 1/2 limes, juiced

1 tsp olive oil

1 tomato, seeded and diced

2 TB chopped cilantro

1 jalapeno, minced

2 drops tabasco sauce

salt/pepper

1 avocado

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except the avocado. Cover and chill for 20 minutes. Mound salad into empty tuna can and unmold on a lettuce leaf. Top with sliced avocado and lime juice.
