Ingredients

3/4 lb. tuna steak

4 t olive oil

grated zest one lime

3T lime juice

1/2 t wasabi powder

1 1/2 t soy sauce

6 dashes tabasco

1 1/2 t kosher salt

1 t pepper

1/4 c minced scallions

2 t fresh jalapenos, no seeds

1 avocado

1 t toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Cut tuna in 1/4 inch dice in med bowl. In small bowl combine all ingredients except avo. Pour over tuna and mix well. Add avo and sesame seeds. Lightly toss. Refrigerate at least 1 hr.

Serve with crackers
