Ingredients

20 oz lean ground turkey

1/4 c chopped sun dried tomatoes

1/4 c chopped cilantro

1 beaten egg

1 lg clove garlic, minced

1 c panko bread crumbs

crumbled feta to taste

salt and fresh ground black pepper

Preparation

Gently mix ingredients, form patties. Grill. Alternately, heat evoo in saute pan and cook through 2 minutes per side.
