Ingredients
Thanksgiving Turkey left overs cubed
1Tbsp Oil
1 Onion
Small can Green Chilies
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
12 Corn tortillas cut into quarters
1 Lb. shredded Longhorn cheddar cheese
Preparation
Brown chopped chilies and onions in oil. Add soup, turkey and heat. In a 9x13 buttered casserole dish layer 2-3x as follows: Tortillas, turkey&soup mixture, cheese Bake for 30 min at 350 deg.
