Ingredients

2 cups diced cooked turkey

3/4 sliced fresh mushrooms

1 (10-ounce) package frozen mixed

vegetables, thawed

1 (10 3/4-ounce) can low-sodium cream of chicken soup

1 cup water

3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Vegetable cooking spray

3/4 cup sift- rising-rising flour

1 Tablespoon margarine

1/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoon skim milk

Preparation

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well.

  2. Combine soup, water, poultry seasoning in a medium bowl; stir well. Add soup mixture to turkey mixture, stirring well to combine.

  3. Spoon turkey mixture evenly into 4 (10-ounce) baking dishes coated with cooking spray.

  4. Place flour in a small bowl; cut in margarine with pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Stir in milk. Pinch off dough into 1 1/2-inch pieces, and drop over each serving. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
