Ingredients

2 tsp olive oil

1 lb. ground turkey

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 TB prepared yellow mustard

3/4 cup ketchup

3 TB brown sugar

1 TB Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground pepper

Hamburger Rolls

Preparation

  1. Brown turkey, onion, and green pepper in olive oil for about 5-6 minutes. Drain off any grease.

  2. Add turkey mixture to a greased 2.5 quart or 4 quart slow cooker. Add garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper.

  3. Mix ingredients together and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours.

  4. Serve on hamburger rolls.
