Ingredients

-Frozen Turkey Breast

-Marinade in shallow dish: mix, 1/4 cup each, white wine, soy sauce and peanut oil, splash of lemon juice and large pinch of rosemary

-Equal portions of Flour and canned Parmesan

-oil/unsalted butter for sautéing

-enough thinly sliced mushroom and green onions, mix together

Preparation

-Place 1/4" steaks in marinade for 1hr. -melt butter/oil in large skillet -dredge steaks in equal parts of Parm/flour mix -saute on med heat, brown on both sides. (once pan hot generally less the 5min.) -top with sautéed mush and onions (you probably will need to do a couple of batches of butter/oil comb. to sauté all the steaks)
