1 lb. ground turkey

1 jar salsa

1 can black beans

1 can corn

Preparation

Chop onion, garlic, and chili pepper in food processor. Sprinkle with cumin and chili powder and cook 6 min. Add turkey. Cook 5 min and drain. Add salsa, salt, and pepper. Cook 3 min. Blend lime juice and zest, coriander, Splenda, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, olive oil, and paprika. Fill bowl with chopped romaine lettuce. Top with meat, chopped grape tomatoes, chopped bell pepper, beans, corn, chopped avocado, dressing, and cheese.
