Ingredients

1 C Plugra, room temp

8 oz cream cheese, room temp

1 t vanilla

5 C confectioners sugar

1 vanilla bean, scraped

Preparation

  1. Place butter and cream cheese in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle. Beat until creamy.
  2. On low speed, slowly add vanilla, vanilla seeds, and confectioners sugar.
  3. Continue to beat until smooth and creamy, about 3 min.
