Ingredients
3oz shredded fresh colby jack
3oz shredded fresh mozerella
3oz shredded fresh smoked gouda
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/8 cup minced garlic
1 Tbsp Butter
Pinch of salt
1 Tsp dried basil
1 Tsp dried oregano
1 Tsp parsley
2 slice Italian bread
1 Tbsp Mayo
Preparation
In a medium pan, bring to medium high and melt butter. Once butter is melted, add the scallions, garlic, basil, oregano parsley and salt.
Put mayo on each piece of bread and add cheese. Put together and place in above pan for 30-45 seconds on each side.
Serve with a bowl of homemade tomato soup!
