Veal Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

2 Eggs

1/2 C Milk

1/3 C Pecorino Cheese

1/2 C Green Onion

1/2 C White Onion

1 T Worcestershire Sauce

1 T Oregano

1 T Salt

1 t Pepper

3 Cloves Garlic

1 Handful Basil

1 LB Ground Veal

1/2 C Butter / Marsala

1/2 Bread Crumbs

Mix Eggs, Milk, Pecorino Cheese, Green Onion, White Onion, Worcestershire Sauce, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, Cloves Garlic and Basil.

Fold in Veal

Form and cook at 350 degrees to 155 internal temperature

Let cool

Saute in Olive Oil Butter and Marsala

Serve
