Ingredients

In a large bowl combine,

2 cups of oats

½ cup of brown sugar

1 large ripe banana (smashed)

1 handful of raisins/cranberries

1 handful of crushed walnuts

½ cup of shredded coconut

1 tablespoon of baking powder

1/3 cup of Soom Foods Tehina

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C) Stir all off the ingredients together (you might need to use your hands). Line a baking sheet with baking paper Empty the mix onto the sheet and flatten as much as possible (you might need to use your hands again!) Put it in the oven for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting into squares.
