Ingredients

2 Cups Basil (tightly packed)

1/2 Cup Sunflower seeds

1 Clove Garlic

½ T. Miso

3 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast

¼ Cup water

1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

Preparation

Add sunflower seeds to a food processor or blender and grind seeds until powdered. Add rest of the ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use. Makes approximately 1 cup.
