Ingredients

1 pd stewing beef

1 large onion diced

1/2 cabbage chopped

2 large carrots diced

2 stalks celery diced

1 large tomato diced

1 can stewed tomatoes

2 potatoes cubed

1 small can corn

1 handful green beans cut in small slices

1/2 dozen mushrooms sliced

Beef boullion

1 tspSalt and 1/2 tsp Pepper

1/2 cup frozen peas

Preparation

  1. In a frying pan brown beef , (Just brown)
  2. let beef cool and cut into cubes about 1/3 inch
  3. Put beef into 3 quarts water. Add bullion Salt & pepper
  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour
  5. Add onions, cabbage, carrots, and celery. Cook 30 minutes
  6. add tomatoes, potatoes, corn, peas, mushroooms simmer 30 minutes.
