Ingredients
Quarter of wombok (chinese cabbage), finely sliced
2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
2 Tbsp ricebran/vegetable oil
4 cups chicken stock
2 serves dried fine rice noodles (I get these from the local asian store)
2 handfuls shredded chicken
Preparation
In a saucepan/wok over high heat, saute the cabbage and garlic in some oil until soft.
Add the stock and bring to the boil. (I add blocks of frozen stock straight from the freezer)
Once boiling, add the rice noodles and push them under the liquid. Cook for 5 minutes or until ready.
Add the shredded chicken and heat through.
Ladle into 2 bowls and enjoy, preferably in front of a trashy show on the TV.
