Ingredients

1 cup margarine/butter

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vanilla

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon instant coffee powder

1 cup chopped nuts (divided into two portions)

12 oz. chocolate chips (divided into two portions)

Preparation

Mix margarine brown sugar and eggs. add vanilla, salt, coffee powder. Mix in flour and baking powder. Add half the nuts and chocolate chips. Spread on a greased jelly roll pan and sprinkle on remaining nuts and chocolate chips. Bake in a pre-heated over at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
