Ingredients
1 C butter
1/2 C confectioners sugar
1/4 t salt
1 t vanilla
2 1/2 C flour
raspberry jam
1 C choc. chips
1/2 C chopped nuts
Preparation
Blend butter, sugar, salt, vanilla and flour. Form small 1/2 tsp size balls. Roll each oblong and place on ungreased sheet and press with fork. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. When cool spread jam on one and make a cookie sandwich. Melt chocolate and dip half of cookie in chocolate and then in nuts.
