Ingredients

Cream 2 3/4 cups sugar

and 4 sticks of butter till fluffy

Add 6 eggs and beat till super fluffy and pale

Add 2 3/4 cups flour

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

Pinch salt

Alternating with

2/3 cup plain yogurt

1 cup milk

2 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cups dulce de leche

Strawberries, sliced thin

Preparation

Bake in 2 greased 10" round pans with parchment on bottom about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Or until a toothpick comes out clean.

When cool. Split each round in half with very long serrated knife creating 4 thin rounds (I only used three layers; the fourth is an extra).

Whip approx. 3 cups heavy cream and some powdered sugar until stiff.

Put one of the thin cake layers on a plate. Spread whipped cream and and a layer of dulce de leche on the cake. Add a layer of sliced strawberries. Put the next cake layer on top and do the same with a layer of whipped cream, dulce de leche and strawberries. And put the top cake layer on top. drizzle with dulce de leche or sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
