Ingredients

1 rotisserie chicken pulled

3 cans Northern beans

1 yellow onion chopped

1 clove garlic minced

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

5 cups chicken broth

1 can chopped green chilies

2 tablespoon grind cumin

1/4 teaspoon oregano

1 tablespoon chili powder

Grated Monterrey Jack or pepper Jack cheese

Sour cream

Preparation

Sauté onion and garlic until tender on medium heat. Cook beans on medium heat. Combine all ingredients except cheese and sour cream. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer up to 1 hour.
