Ingredients

1 C. Flour

1 C. Milk

1 tsp. Baking Powder

1 T. Sugar

1 Egg (Seperate)

1/4 tsp. Salt

2 T. Oil

Syrup

2 C. Sugar

1 C. Water

1/4 C. Brown Sugar

Boil-not long

1 tsp. maple flavoring

Preparation

Beat Egg White until stiff but not dry. Put the rest of the ingredients including the egg yolk into the bowl and stir lightly, with fork. Fold in beaten egg white last. Do not over beat it would toughen the batter.

Optional: put apple slices or blueberries on top of pancakes.
